We recently celebrated an incredible participant whose passion for the Penrith Panthers was clear as day. Our dedicated support staff noticed something special: every time he passed Penrith Stadium (BlueBet Stadium), he would consistently mention the Panthers jersey. This small but significant detail was captured multiple times in his progress notes—a testament to the sharp observation skills of our team.
We recognized this wasn't just a jersey; it was a passion point. As a company, we decided to make his upcoming birthday unforgettable!
The challenge was on: tracking down that specific Penrith Panthers jersey. Our team went above and beyond, visiting multiple stores to secure it—demonstrating the perseverance we bring to serving our participants. To complete the surprise, we coordinated with his family to celebrate his birthday at his parents' home, ensuring he was surrounded by love when he received his dream gift.
