SOL Sistas, tomorrow night we gather 🌸

Consider this your sign to clear your Friday night and do something deliciously indulgent for yourself.

Tomorrow evening, we’re bringing together a beautiful group of women for an intimate night of deep guided meditation, immersive sound healing, elemental bathing and unapologetic self-care.

Slip into your robe. Sink into warm mineral waters. Blend an exfoliating botanical scrub and take your time nourishing your skin. Melt into the steam and sauna. Lie back and let the sound wash over you. Pour a tea, linger by the fire and allow yourself to be completely unavailable for a few hours.

And do it all in the company of other women.

Because there’s something beautifully different about slowing down together. The conversations, the laughter, the quiet moments and the shared permission to simply take care of ourselves.

Come on your own or bring a woman you love. Either way, there’ll be a place for you in the circle. 🌸

SPRING AWAKENING 🌸
Our September SOL Sista Ceremony

An evening of shedding the old, awakening what’s been dormant & blossoming into what’s next.

Spring has arrived on the mountain. It feels like the perfect time for us to do a little blossoming of our own. 🌸

Spring Awakening is our September SOL Sista ceremony, lovingly hosted by Georgia Braydon & Kylie Morris - an intimate evening for women to step out of the noise and gently awaken the parts of ourselves that may have become a little quieter over winter.

We’ll begin together beneath the evening sky with a Blue Lotus tea ceremony before moving through grounding meditation, conscious breathwork and an immersive crystal bowl and live vocal sound journey.

Then, the structure dissolves.

You’ll have time to explore the Elemental Bathhouse intuitively - soaking, steaming, plunging, sitting quietly beneath by the fire or connecting with the women around you.

A little shedding.
A little awakening.
A full blossoming 🌸

And a beautiful night with a group of women doing the same. ☼

This Father’s Day, bring Dad to SOL and give him something we could all use a little more of - time to properly switch off. 🌿

Spend 90 minutes together in the Elemental Bathhouse, moving between warm mineral waters, the Cedar Stone Sauna, botanical steam, cold therapy and time around the Submerged Fire Pit.

No phones. No plans. No jobs to do. Just good company, uninterrupted time together and a few hours where Dad gets to be very well looked after.

Father’s Day at SOL - this Sunday, 6 September.

And because Father’s Day means something different to everyone, SOL is a beautiful place to spend the day with Dad, a father figure, or simply someone special to you. x
