✨ School Holidays Done Right! ✨

We’re already halfway through the year, and what a busy couple of weeks it’s been at A-List Support Services! School holidays are always a great opportunity to get out in the community, create memories, and support our amazing participants to experience new things.

🏉 Reece and Greg were lucky enough to attend State of Origin Game III! The atmosphere was absolutely unreal. The only thing louder than the crowd was the friendly banter between them, with Greg proudly backing NSW and Reece cheering on QLD. We’re still not sure how they managed to sit next to each other for the whole game! 😂💙❤️

⭐ Oscar, his family and support worker Amy also had a big few days, travelling to Brisbane for some very important appointments. After a busy day, we were able to finish on a high with a visit to the Starlight Room at the Queensland Children’s Hospital. We even had a visit from a very special guest… Woody! 🤠 To top it all off, we settled in to watch the new Toy Story 5, making for the perfect end to the day.

Seeing our participants enjoying experiences like these, achieving their goals, and making lasting memories is exactly why we love what we do.

Here’s to an awesome couple of weeks, plenty of smiles, and many more adventures to come! 💙

Experienced Disability Support Worker (Casual) – Toowoomba & Surrounds

A-List Support Services is looking for an experienced and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our growing team on a casual basis.

We’re a small, family-run NDIS provider that prides itself on providing personalised, high-quality support to our participants.

We’re looking for someone who is flexible and confident supporting participants with a range of complex needs. This role would suit someone looking to pick up additional shifts as they become available, with the opportunity to take on some regular shifts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
• Manual handling and hoist transfers
• Medication administration
• PEG feeding (highly desirable)
• Supporting participants who experience seizures
• Personal care and assistance with daily living
• Community access and social support

Essential requirements:
• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) preferred
• Current First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
• Blue Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed

We are looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and flexible with availability across weekdays and weekends
• Compassionate, proactive and able to work independently
• Willing to support a variety of participants and shifts as required
