A new client just selected this beautiful add-on to her massage session, but I just realised I actually haven’t told anyone about it 🤭

You know that moment when a massage finishes… you’re in the liminal space between blissed out and the present moment, your body soft and relaxed, but not yet ready to return to the outside world. Where you wish you could just lie there a while longer, cosy and content?

Well now you can 🥰

Introducing my new Guided Integration Meditation option.

When booking any massage session, you can now extend your time with a 20min guided meditation to support deeper integration, allowing your body and nervous system to fully absorb the benefits of your massage before returning to your day.
These sessions will also incorporate a card pull, offering further insight, reflection, or an intention to carry with you.

I’m so looking forward to weaving my massage and meditation practices together in this way, creating an even deeper layer of pause and connection on the table.

This is the first of a few add-ons that will be available soon…

This small area at the base of the skull holds more than most people realise….

Beneath my fingers are the suboccipital muscles — tiny muscles that work constantly to stabilise your head and respond to stress.

When we’re overwhelmed, concentrating, emotionally carrying a lot, or living in “go mode,” this area can tighten.

In this stress state
The head subtly shifts forward.
The jaw clenches.
The nervous system stays alert.

Over time, this can contribute to:
• Tension headaches
• Neck stiffness
• Eye strain
• A feeling of being constantly “on”

Gentle, deep sustained work through the occipital area can help:
✨ Encourage parasympathetic (rest & digest) activation
✨ Support nervous system regulation
✨ Ease tension headaches
✨ Invite the body out of hypervigilance

This is often where I see the first signs of softening —
a big sigh, a deep exhale, the stomach gurgle, the whole body melting into the table 🥰

We’re not just releasing muscles here.
We’re signalling safety.

And sometimes, that’s exactly what your nervous system has been waiting for.

To feel safe.

That’s the beginning of healing, and that’s what I’m here to assist you in.

Sometimes all we need is to be touched and nurtured without having to give anything in return.

To be given
Space to just breathe.
Space to receive.
Space to let go.

Where no one is demanding our attention or energy, but pouring back into us instead.
Where our nervous system can soften.

To be able to gift this sanctuary and space to women is an honour.

Imagine the world if every woman’s cup was overflowing with life force energy…
If we were nurtured as much as we nurture.

If only in my small part of the world, that is what I am here to create.

A space to exhale.
A space to be held.
