๐Ÿ“ฐ The truth is coming outโ€ฆ..

I recently had a holiday in Victoria and visited a number of Melbourneโ€™s beautiful cathedrals. Iโ€™ve always had a particular love for St Patrickโ€™s Cathedral. When I was an art student in my twenties, I used to spend hours photographing it and many of the other magnificent cathedrals around the city.

Iโ€™ve always been drawn to the grandeur of their Neo-Gothic architecture, and, of course, thereโ€™s something incredibly moving about the resonance of the organs being played within those vast, beautiful spaces. Deeply moving and healing.

This article is particularly interesting and, I believe, highlights truths that itโ€™s time more people understood. Certainly worth watching.

This was my first time, and WOW what an experience!

๐Ÿฉท My beautiful friend Sam from Bliss Sound & Energy placed Tibetan singing bowls over different parts of my body, allowing me to experience their sound and vibration moving deeply through me body and soul. Sam also incorporates her beautiful Reiki with her sound massage.

๐Ÿฉท The deep tones and vibrations created a sense of being surrounded by love frequencies, encouraging me to let go, become completely present and sink into a state of profound relaxation.

๐Ÿฉท As the resonance flowed through me, I felt a beautiful sense of release, stillness and connection. It was a deeply nurturing and restorative experience that left me feeling lighter, calmer and wonderfully balanced.
