We're officially in the home stretch of bringing Whole Body Cryotherapy to Gippsland!

While we're busy putting the finishing touches on our new space, we thought we'd share a little more about why we're so excited to introduce this experience.

Whole body cryotherapy isn't just something athletes are exploring for recovery. There's also growing interest in how it may fit into everyday wellbeing.

We're so excited to finally share one of the biggest additions to CryoZone.. our Whole Body Cryotherapy Chamber!

Since first opening our doors with targeted cryotherapy, our vision has continued to grow, and this is another exciting step towards creating a space that supports recovery, health and everyday wellbeing. 🌿

We've already received so much interest in our whole body cryotherapy, which has been incredibly encouraging!

So, in the lead-up to opening our bookings, we thought it was time to start sharing a little more about what we've been working on.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be introducing you to the chamber, explaining how whole body cryotherapy works, what to expect during a session and how it may support your recovery and wellbeing.

Whether you're an athlete, managing ongoing aches and discomfort, or simply looking to make recovery and wellbeing a bigger part of your everyday routine, we're excited to bring another option to our Gippsland community.

Why we're evolving… 🌿

CryoZone started from a very personal place, but our vision has grown into something much bigger.

We're passionate about creating a space that supports not just recovery, but everyday health and wellbeing. Somewhere people can slow down, reset and make looking after themselves a priority.

We're still the same small, family-owned business, just with some bigger dreams.

And we can't wait to share what's coming next. 🤍

We’ve been a little quieter on here lately… but there’s been plenty happening behind the scenes at CryoZone. 🤍

Over the past few months, we’ve been working, planning and slowly transforming our space into something that reflects where we see CryoZone heading.

When we first opened, our focus was on bringing targeted cryotherapy to Gippsland — supporting people with recovery, injuries, inflammation and getting back to doing the things they love.

That’s still a big part of who we are, and targeted cryotherapy isn’t going anywhere.

But our vision has grown.

We want CryoZone to become a space that isn’t only somewhere you come when something hurts.

A space for recovery.
A space to slow down.
A space to reset.
And a space to make looking after yourself part of everyday life.

There are some pretty exciting changes happening behind the scenes, with new spaces, new services and a few things we haven’t shared just yet.

Over the next few weeks, we’re looking forward to finally showing you what we’ve been creating.

This feels like the beginning of a new chapter for CryoZone — and we can’t wait to bring you along with us. 🌿

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately… but there’s been plenty happening behind the scenes. 🤍

We’ve been working away on not just one new service, but two(!!) — including a brand-new room and a transformation of our existing space.

And while things are changing, our targeted cryotherapy isn’t going anywhere. We’re still here supporting our clients with targeted treatments while we work towards the next chapter of CryoZone.

There are some pretty big plans taking shape behind the scenes, and we’re so excited to slowly start sharing more with you.

A little quiet on socials… but definitely not quiet at CryoZone. 👀❄️✨️

A great option for clients who can’t take anti-inflammatory medications, and a perfect example of how cryotherapy can complement other therapies — including the cupping our lovely client had earlier this week.

Behind these walls is the beginning of something we’ve been working towards for a long time — Whole Body Cryotherapy is coming to CryoZone!

Our new cryotherapy room is taking shape, and we can’t wait to bring this next stage of CryoZone to life.

Whether your focus is recovery, performance or overall wellbeing, we’re excited to soon offer another way to support our Gippsland community.

There’s still a little work to do behind the scenes, but we’ll be sharing plenty more as we get closer to opening.
