✈️ Humpday Adventurers Explore Fighter World Williamtown!

The Humpday Adventurers headed out last week for an exciting visit to Fighter World in Williamtown ✈️🔥

From the moment the group arrived, they were drawn into the incredible world of aviation — exploring real fighter jets, hands‑on displays, and stories from Australia’s military history. There were plenty of wide‑eyed moments as participants moved through the exhibits, climbed into interactive cockpits, and learned about the skill and precision behind life in the air. 🛩️📚

Midweek outings like this continue to show the value of shared experiences. They spark curiosity, build confidence, and create memories the group carries with them long after the day is done. The team was proud to see each adventurer embracing new opportunities with enthusiasm, connection, and genuine joy. 🌟😊

The group loved seeing the sorting process 📬, parcel organisation 📦, PO box area 🔐 and the day‑to‑day operations that keep the community connected. 🤝

🕰️Stepping Back in Time at the Great Lakes Museum 🏛️

This week our Ready Set Grow participants had a fun outing to the Great Lakes Museum! Everyone enjoyed checking out the old treasures and photos from years gone by. The favourites of the week were definitely the little jail setup and those freaky dolls that had everyone talking. 🗝️🔒🎎

🍲🥖 We wrapped up the morning with lunch at 12:00pm — chicken and veggie soup, fresh rolls, tea and a slice. Comfort food and good company made it the perfect finish to the visit.

A big thank you to the Great Lakes Museum team for welcoming us and creating such an enjoyable experience for our participants. 💚🌼

🧐Exploring Wingham 🌿✨

Yesterday’s Wingham outing was filled with exploration and connection. The group started by marking off scavenger hunt items on the walk to the café ☕️, then continued the activity throughout the morning. We visited the Wingham Brush boardwalk 🌳, where a ranger joined us and shared fascinating information about the bat species we spotted 🦇. The day concluded with a lovely lunch at Kaye’s Kitchen 🍽️.

✨❄️ Disney On Ice and wow — what a magical ride! ❄️✨

From dazzling spins to glittering costumes and those iconic tunes we all know and love, it felt like the ice came alive! Watching Mickey, Elsa, and friends glide across the rink had the participants wide-eyed and the staff singing along!

Such a joyful escape into the world of Disney — where fairy tales skate into our hearts. Definitely one for the memory books! 💫⛸️

❄️Snow Time in the Hunter Valley! ❄️

Last weekend our participants rugged up in their winter gear and headed into a full day of snowy fun in the Hunter Valley.
They played, explored, tried new activities, and soaked up every bit of winter magic on offer.

Such a fantastic day out for everyone — full of smiles, teamwork, and unforgettable moments. Days like this remind us how powerful shared experiences can be for connection, growth, and pure joy.

🚐✨ Humpday Adventurers Explore Wauchope!

Our group had a brilliant day visiting Bennetts Steel, where we were given a guided tour of their workshop. Participants watched steel being cut with precision using a computer‑controlled laser — a fascinating look at how modern steelwork is done.

A heartfelt thank you to Bennetts Steel for taking the time to show us around and for being so welcoming. What a great experience for our adventurers! 💛🔩
