The Unfolding | A sound healing experience ✨

Friday, 27th November, 7PM at tribe six.

An invitation to slow down, surrender to sound and find stillness beneath the noise.

A little evolution at Universal Bloom 🫶

This took me all damn day to create, so if you read them all thank you, I appreciate you 😂🙏

I’ve been reflecting on the spaces I create and how I want them to grow. After a little guidance from the beautiful Rochelle at Rochelle ✧ Curate U ✧ Business Ritualist - I felt called to bring more structure and intention to my offerings, and to share a little more of the meaning behind them.

Moving forward, my group experiences will have their own identities, The Return, The Unfolding, and of course The Bloom Sanctuary offering a way to experience my guided meditations and sound healings from wherever you are in the world.

Each one is a little different, but they all come back to the same intention - Return within. Reconnect. Bloom.

Thank you for being here as Universal Bloom continues to bloom 🌸

Your mind doesn’t actually need to shut up. It just needs a better playlist 🎧

Your brain is a processing machine, it’s designed to think, analyse and listen. Trying to force it into complete silence is like asking a river to stop flowing.

Instead of fighting the noise, change the frequency 🧘‍♀️

Sound healing isn’t just woo woo, it’s backed by science.
It gives your mind a grounding anchor to focus on, so when you listen to these frequencies, your nervous system naturally shifts from fight or flight into rest and digest.

Put your headphones on, take a deep breath and let your mind listen to this sound for a moment ✨

Drop a 🎧 if you felt your shoulders drop and I’ll DM you a free meditation and sound healing link.
