"Spag Bog" is something we VERY rarely/never have, but I needed something quick & easy tonight, as I've got an early start tomorrow for a delivery & a demo, that is just over an hour away.
I know this Skinnymixers Chunky Bolognese is really popular, so thought I'd try it.
I "cooked" the pasta in a Thermoserver. Poured boiling water over it, put the lid on...I did this twice & it was perfect.

Not something I'd cook on rotation but I enjoyed it. Great recipe if you love spaghetti 🍝 or if you have kids.
My hubby isn't a tomato based fan 🙄🤷

I've really been hanging out for a good old fashioned stew!
The best "Soul Food" IMO 🤗

I nicked over to the shop & grabbed some vegetables (Plus ingredients for my demo on Sunday) came home, pulled out my Firra Dutch oven & got the beef stew bubbling away on the stove top (that I rarely use)
I cleaned up & then noticed a heap of rather large bandaids on the kitchen bench 🤔
In walks Bruce & I asked him if he'd hurt himself "Ermm I got a bit of a scratch on my leg"

Long story short, Firra Dutch oven went into the oven on a low temperature, we went over to the Health Hub & 2+ hours later, 10 stitches & a tetanus shot we came home to a beautiful YUMMY 😋 stew.

Finally got to spend time doing what I love ❤️
CREATING IN MY KITCHEN WITH MY TM7(s)

Would I be making bread if I didn't have a Thermomix❓
Not a chance‼️

Fly in day = Portuguese Bread
Plus I've made Traditional Kaiser rolls to use for a yummy lunch. tomorrow.

I threw together a Zucchini Slice with a few bits & pieces that needed using up. 1/2 a zucchini, a bit of capsicum, & mushrooms & followed the recipe. That was a quick lunch before hubby went to get some sleep 😴 after finishing nightshift then driving home from the airport. 😬

$250 Choc Chunk Cookies were finally cooked yesterday with 2 rolls still in the fridge to bake in the next day or so.

I have plenty of lemon 🍋 juice in the freezer (& on the tree) so have made a double batch of Immune Booster. Some for us & some for my mum.

👋 Hi remember me?

Finally made myself a yummy dinner tonight (my old go to fave) Creamy Tomato Fettuccine.

While that was staying hot 🔥 in the thermoserver I whipped up some $250 chocolate chunk cookies to take to a meeting tomorrow & some for the parentals.

During the week I found some more frozen passion fruit pulp & orange juice in the freezer, which meant some more gummies for mum & dad. (& me 😋)

I have spent the last few days washing & washing & washing & drying & drying & drying all of the linen from my parents place.
You can't half tell I used to work in an industrial laundry, by the way it's folded nearly & in order.
A bit of OCD me thinks!! 🫣

Still got a job ahead of me to get their "stuff" sorted but today I've put a few things into my week on Cookidoo®️ & it's fly in day Wednesday. 🥳💙

Promised my Dad some Portuguese tarts today & with a couple of interruptions I didn't get time to finish them before I picked them up to take them out for lunch & a drive. So the assembly & cooking had to wait until I got back. Now they're done & I will go & do a delivery so they can share them with their dinner buddies.

😂 Now it's my turn to say, "You're not having dessert until you've eaten ALL your dinner" 🤪
