Can someone really help you online just by watching how you move?
Awhile ago, a member of the GMB Alpha Posse community was struggling with his bridge and shoulder mobility.
He thought he needed deep tissue release to make progress.
After watching his movement, I noticed something different. Rather than suggesting harder release work, I pointed him towards releasing the right muscles first and gave him a few movement drills to follow.
A short while later, he came back with this feedback.
"It was much easier. I rotated through the massage, drills and bridge practice..."
That's what I enjoy most about what I do.
Movement tells a story.
With careful observation, you can often identify what's limiting someone without needing to be in the same room. The goal isn't to chase tightness. It's to understand why the body is protecting itself in the first place.
This is exactly how I work.
🔹 VirtuShift™ is my online consultation, where I assess your movement over video and guide you through targeted self-release and corrective exercises using things you already have at home.
🔹 SteadyShift™ builds on that foundation through movement training, helping you improve strength, mobility, control and confidence so the problem is less likely to return.
Sometimes, the right eyes can make all the difference.
Distance doesn't have to be a limitation.
Have you ever been stuck with pain, stiffness, or a movement that just wouldn't improve, no matter how much you stretched or massaged it? I'd love to hear your experience in the comments.
