I will shout this from the roof tops to make sure this message is spread far and wide.

NDIS Participants - YOU are the decision maker on who supports you. From Support Workers, Allied Health Professionals, Support Coordinators through to Plan Managers.

If you do not feel like you are being listened to, you can choose to change support at any time.

This is your life, your NDIS Plan and no one should ever feel stuck, unheard or unsupported.

It is incredibly heart wrenching as a Support Coordinator to come across this over and over again.

Please let your voice be heard.

Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Focal Community Services annual Talent Show.
It was so awe inspiring to watch these young people living with disability shine lie the absolute stars they are.
I got the chance to connect with old friends and other providers as well as see some of the most beautiful clients and their families.
A great night was had by all who attended, if you get the chance to attend next years show, I highly recommend it.
