Together, they’ll be delivering a workshop exploring neuro affirming practice, lived experience, and creating safer, more sustainable support systems for neurodivergent people.

Can You Develop ADHD Later in Life? 💜 This ADHD Awareness Month, let’s change the conversation from stigma to self-understanding.

💡 Many adults first notice ADHD traits later in life — often after years of burnout, overwhelm, or struggling with focus.

But here’s the truth: you don’t “develop” ADHD as an adult. ADHD has always been there — it just might not have been recognised until later.

👉 Late diagnosis is more common than people think, especially for women and people who’ve been masking their traits for years.

Understanding this can bring huge relief. It shifts the story from “what’s wrong with me?” to “this is how my brain works — and I can work with it.”
