Your Goals, Together is a support service with a purpose. We provide individual and group supports, always based around the needs and interests of participants.

Located along South Coast NSW we aim for a meaningful experience for our participants while they are being supported within their home or to engage in the community. Our aim is to provide flexible and meaningful services that assist participants to reach a variety of goals they may have to improve their quality and enjoyment of day to day living. Individual supports can include such things as, but not limited to:

- Meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking
- Budgeting
- Assistance and company to maintain home environment
- Gardening
- Assistance to book and attend formal and informal appointments or other services
- Hobby based activities: fishing, art, beach walks, sewing, bush walking, photography, sewing, crochet.
- Support to pursue and maintain study routine.
- Out of area adventures

Group calendars are made with participants and flexible to meet the needs of all attending. Our group has allowed members to feel safe and supported to venture outside of their homes and usual routine, to build new friendships and try new activities to discover the community around them and learn more about what they enjoy. So far we have enjoyed such things as:

- Afternoon tea with Alpaca’s and Scones
- BBQ lunches by the beach
- Botanical Gardens
- Whale and Dolphin Watching
- Paddle Boats
- Cinemas
- Fun land/ time zone
- Fishing
- Bowling
- Wildlife Parks and Zoo’s
- Art
- Cooking
- And more!! We are always open to adding new experiences to our services to support people in a way that suits them and helps them to comfortably and confidently meet their goals, big or small, one step at a time. Referrals and Enquiries can be made by phone, text or email. 😊

Our groups are designed to support meaningful outcomes while creating opportunities for fun, friendship, purpose, and connection.

Through our weekly groups, members may work towards goals such as:

Our art group is a relaxed and welcoming space where people can explore creativity at their own pace. Whether you're just starting out or have been creating for years, everyone is welcome.

We offer step-by-step tutorials and supportive guidance, making it easy to try new techniques and build confidence. If you prefer working on something of your own, you’re also welcome to bring along your own project and create alongside the group.

Thanks to some wonderful community donations, we have a range of free art supplies available, with other materials offered at low cost or just a gold coin donation.

A little story behind this photo 🤩

What started as a simple sit-down turned into a whole lot of laughter when both a support worker and member realised getting back up wasn’t as easy as expected.

With plenty of laughs (and a bit of help), it became one of those fun memories that reminds us how important connection, humour, and support really are.
