Research shows us that children of high conflict parents are more likely to suffer depression, perform poorly at school and have problematic relationships of their own. Moving forward without future conflict is so vital for your children. That is truly what is in their best interests.

Damian and I have facilitated close to 500 mediations, with a pretty amazing success rate of 79% reaching agreements.
More and more, we are seeing families who are stressed and collapsing under the weight of life's stressors. We take the time to support families through one of the hardest things they will ever face - family unit break-down and separation. It's so important that people feel safe and that the mediation process they are in is fair and unbiased. Taking the time to support families with things like communication plans is just one of the many things we do to help families have a greater chance of success moving forward and avoid future conflict and pain. 🫶

While getting good legal advise is important, only going down that path is extremely expensive and can increase the risk of more conflict and adversity. Mediation offers many pathways to resolution. Therapeutic, financial, family, commercial and complex extended family.
