Every day you wake up you can make a different choice to your autopilot mode. ✈️

Autopilot is great for some tasks that saves us time and energy for example boiling the kettle. ⏳

When autopilot isn't ideal is putting coffee into your mug when you have intentions to cut down on caffeine. ☕

A lot of our lives run on autopilot. On our habits and routines. However every day, even every moment is an opportunity to check in with your choices and potentially choose something better for yourself. 💫

Be mindful of the company you keep. 💕
Have you ever noticed that after you spend time with some people you feel uplifted and with others you feel drained?🤔

Who you spend your time with is an investment of your life. Just like we use money to pay for experiences and things we use our "life force energy" when we spend time with friends. Over the years my friendships have evolved and changed.

I am so grateful for the expansive positive healthy friendships I have in my life. Where I leave interactions feeling alive, inspired and full of love. This has been something I have cultivated over time and the right people have come into my life at the right time. 💫

Sometimes my friends need love and support and I am there to hold space and sometimes the reverse is true. So this isn't to say every single interaction needs to be a profound instantaneous boost to your energy but it is a good reminder to cultivate relationships that serve you. 🙏 Relationships that have your best interest at heart and are authentic.
