Today, I began hosting my retreat in Mt.Shasta, north California.

Mt.Shasta, is known to be the root chakra of the earth, a place that grounds and centres you.

But it is way more than that.

It is a place where heaven and earth meet.

A place that activates your soul and your consciousness in a way that only allows growth.

Here you will face your shadows, heal it and activate the next version of yourself.

But you will be held, because the veil of connection to the guides, and masters is so thin you feel like you are walking and talking with them as if they were next to you..

My retreat is focused on connecting to the feminine within.

Reclaiming the “Queen” that is exists at your core.

It might sound so cliche..

However, I will tell you…

When a woman is given permission and the space to let go and receive, to receive the space to heal what has hurt her, betrayed her, impacted her in ways that keep her small, quiet,and limited..

And the space to rise within herself..

A queen is born.

Born to hold herself in her radiance.

A queen is born to put herself first, before meeting the needs of others.

A queen who stands up for herself and honours her boundaries.

A queen who becomes, wild, untamed and unequivocally radiant, Sexy and all of herself..

So she takes on the world move with purpose and passion and love for herself and her family, her life, her soulful mission… whether its business, wife, mother, healer.. entrepreneur… anything that her heart calls her too…

The world changes. ❤️

Because a woman in her power not only lifts herself, she lifts her world and the people around her.

And that is why I do this work because when HER is activated.

She is seen. she is paid. she is powerful.

This… is what I live for!

I sobbed my heart out on a mountain in Northern California and my life has never been the same.

Two years ago, my intuition pulled me to a mountain I had dreamed of for ten years.

So I went.

Day one. Laid out by Lake Siskiyou for our first sound healing.

Cheryl asked us to set an intention. Mine was simple. Get back to my core.

The bowls started.

Then the images came.

The person who had hurt me. The hurt that had never been acknowledged.

The walls I had built around every close relationship because of it.

I sobbed.

When I opened my eyes, the sun was coming through the branches above me.

They looked like the flower of life. Moving in alignment to something planetary.

And I knew.

I had healed something that had been casting an invisible illusion over my entire life.

By day five, I was a different woman.

More embodied. Softer.

My business stopped feeling like something I had to push. My relationships softened. My creativity came back.

I loved it so much, I had to lead other women here.
So now I hold my 2nd retreat in the mountains of Mt. Shasta with Cheryl Kasper.

The Inner Temple Retreat.

As a healer myself, who has worked with thousands of women worldwide, I’ve heard it over and over again, if I just heal this visibility wound I’ll be able to get my content right.

Stop exhausting your self with content creation.

If you’re an intuitive entrepreneur, and you’re struggling to create content.. I want you to know it’s not a you problem.

It’s a structure problem.

As an intuitive, you get the best ideas, deeply resonant topics to speak to your audience about, but it doesn’t land properly, you get likes and no DM’s or comments.

It’s not because of what you said, it’s because of how that message was structured.
