Well, that's a wrap on the Hawkesbury Dressage Festival 2026!
We hope you all had as much fun as we did. We know it's been a trying year, with arenas out of action, the fuel crisis and lots of uncertainty, but the HDC committee hope that you were all able to put those concerns aside for the week and just enjoy being with your horses, your friends and your community.

The Festival is a labour of love, and it's something we do for all of you, whether you are a professional hunting qualification scores, an amateur riding your first dressage test or anything in between, we hope you all felt welcome and supported at our event.

But more than anything else, we do it because we love the dressage community and we love our club, and we really believe in the event. We could not do it without all of you, so from the bottom of our hearts the HDC Committee want to say thank YOU for making this event possible! Thank you to everyone who entered even though it was uncertain how expensive fuel would be, or what arenas we could use. Thank you for those of you who entered lots of tests and those of you who entered just one. Thank you to our day stayers and our stablers, thank you to our paras and our abled riders, to our stewards, our judges, our hordes of volunteer poo pickers and pencillers. Thank you to the horse show dogs, the husbands and wives and partners, the grooms and the friends and supporters, and thank you most to the riders and the horses who make this event what it is.

We love you all, and we cannot WAIT to see you next year!
