Looking for a safe space to connection, yarn, learn and grow alongside other men?
The Jaydon Adams Foundation Mens Group is bringing men together to strengthen wellbeing, build positive connections, reconnect with culture and support one another.
Over six weeks, participants will take part in a range of activities, yarning circles, and cultural experiences designed to promote mental, emotional and social wellbeing.

Looking for a place to connect, yarn and grow alongside other men in a culturally safe space?
Join us for our 6-week Men's Group, where we'll come together to build stronger connections, learn new skills, strengthen wellbeing, and reconnect with culture and community.
Thursdays 12pm β 2pm
This menβs program is a safe space to come together, yarn about mental health, reconnect with culture, and build strong, respectful relationships. Over six weeks, weβll share stories, learn new skills, and support each other to grow stronger in ourselves, in our families, and as a community.

We also offer individual support to our participants through:
- Advocating for participants
- Support to attend appointments
- Court/legal support
- Social Emotional Wellbeing support
