It means you’re no longer overlooking the goodness that is already here.

There is a particular kind of loneliness that comes from feeling misunderstood.

You may explain yourself again and again, hoping someone will finally see what is happening beneath the words.

Healing began when I became curious about myself. When I learned to listen to my emotions, understand my patterns and respond to my needs with compassion.

Being understood by others matters. Learning to understand yourself creates something deeply healing within you: a place where you can feel seen, heard and safe in your own presence.

Fear and faith both begin in the same place: the mind imagining something that hasn’t happened yet.

Fear shows you everything that could go wrong. Faith reminds you that healing, change, possibility and new beginnings are also waiting to be imagined.

You may not be able to control every thought that appears, but you can become more aware of which thoughts you continue to feed.

So when fear begins writing the ending, pause and ask yourself:

What else could be possible?

Which one are you giving your power to today? ✨

Instead of asking,

"What's wrong with me?"

Ask,

"What has my nervous system learned that keeps me safe?"

That's where healing begins.

I don't believe that's true.

Its job is much simpler than that.

the same worries...or the same evening routine...

even when they genuinely want something different.

Not because they're weak.

Because what's familiar feels safe to the subconscious.

This is one reason lasting change can feel so difficult.

You're asking your conscious mind to change something your subconscious has been practising for years.

The beautiful thing is...the subconscious can learn something new.

And when that happens, change begins to feel much more natural.
