Love being able to whip up fresh bread for the kiddos. And it’s just oh so good when warm out of the oven 😎

I used the thermomumma sandwich loaf recipe on Cookidoo® (also on recipe community too I think) and just rolled them into 12 rolls. Sprinkled with generous helping of mixed grated cheese and bacon.

You’d pay a tonne for these at the bakery!

I often get asked about what sous vide is - one of the modes offered on the TM6 and TM7.

It’s not for those wanting something on the table quick! It does take time at a low temp. But oh so worth it!!!

Those scrambled eggs were as good as any restaurant!

So team… I’ve started making sourdough!

I put it off for YEARS because my brain put it in the too hard basket - it takes longer than my attention span to make.

But one day I decided to give it a crack! I literally have no idea what I’m doing but it seems to work 🤭

8.30pm a fresh loaf comes out of the oven and I ask “anyone want a piece”.

The response…. “Is there fresh butter?”

You’re kidding - what have I created 🫣 so off I go to turn the thermie on and minutes later, the little monster has her fresh butter 🤣 with her warm sourdough!

What a crazy 5 weeks that was!

I'm so excited about supporting all my lovely new customers with their TM7s 🥰

It was off to the post office early this morning to hand over the old appliances and machines!! Then a quick trip to the Balcatta office to collect new TM7s 🥰

Whip up a quick Caribbean carrot cake. My way of saying a massive thank you for everything you’ve done for my babies over the last 10 years 🥰

Ps I like to put sultanas rather than walnuts. Either way it’s an amazing recipe!!!
