Term 3 is shaping up to be another exciting one for the Well Education team.

Over the coming months, we'll be working with children, young people and workplaces across NSW, delivering evidence-informed wellbeing programs that build confidence, resilience, emotional intelligence and self-worth.

Here's a snapshot of what's ahead:

🌱 Well-Beginnings - Supporting primary-aged girls to understand emotions, build healthy friendships and develop the confidence to thrive.

💙 Well-I-AM - Helping young women strengthen resilience, self-worth and mental wellbeing through practical, engaging small-group programs.

🤝 Well-Workplaces - Partnering with organisations to support the wellbeing, confidence and capability of women in the workplace, particularly within male-dominated industries.

Every program is different, but the purpose remains the same: empowering people with the skills, confidence and self-worth to thrive.

We're looking forward to another term of learning, connection and positive impact.

There’s something truly special about partnering with our local schools to deliver our Well I Am programs. 💜

Watching these incredible young women grow in confidence, build meaningful connections, and develop new skills over the 8-week journey is the most rewarding part of what we do. Seeing the transformation from week one through to the final session reminds us why these programs matter so much.

A huge thank you to Marks Point Public School for welcoming us back again. We always love working alongside your wonderful staff and students, and we can’t wait to see what the next program brings!

What a wonderful way to start the day.

This morning we had the pleasure of attending a networking breakfast in partnership with Lake Macquarie Business, bringing together local businesses, community organisations and passionate individuals to learn more about the incredible work happening through the Evolve Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub.

As a proud hub partner, it was wonderful to connect with others who share a commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our community. We know that lasting change happens when organisations work together, each bringing their unique strengths to create stronger pathways of support for those who need them most.

Following the breakfast, we attended The Next Chapter event, where the organisation officially launched its new identity as The Su***de Prevention Network.

While a new name and brand are exciting, this change represents something much bigger. It reflects a renewed commitment to raising awareness, strengthening community connections and ensuring more people know where to turn when they need support.

Congratulations to the entire team on this exciting new chapter. We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a collaborative network and look forward to continuing to work together to build healthier, more connected and resilient communities.

What an incredible journey it has been with the Year 5 girls from Belmont Public School!

Over the past eight weeks, we have had the privilege of working alongside a group of bright, courageous, and inspiring young girls who have embraced every aspect of our wellbeing program.

Their willingness to learn, participate, support one another, and step outside their comfort zones has been truly wonderful to witness.

Throughout the program, we have seen friendships strengthen, confidence grow, and valuable conversations take place around resilience, self-worth, kindness, and wellbeing. These are life skills that we hope will continue to guide them well beyond the classroom.

As this chapter comes to a close, we want to congratulate each of these amazing girls for their commitment and enthusiasm. We are so proud of everything they have achieved and look forward to seeing them continue to flourish as they move through their school years and beyond.

Thank you, Belmont Public SchoolBelmont, for allowing us to be part of this special journey. 💜

Two weeks into the FLIP 🤸 program and I’m already so glad I said yes!

I’m learning a lot — from customer discovery and refining ideas, to stepping back and thinking more strategically about growth, impact and what’s next for Well Education. Just as valuable has been the opportunity to connect with such thoughtful, driven and generous women who are building, creating and backing one another.

I’ve also been genuinely warmed by the support not only within the current FLIP cohort, but from past participants too — women who are willing to share their experience, encourage others and remind you what’s possible.
It was so lovely to connect last week with Evelyn Stagg and Mardi Lee — a great reminder of the kind of community FLIP creates.

As the founder of Well Education, this experience feels especially meaningful because it reflects so much of what sits at the heart of our work: building confidence, connection and self-worth, and creating spaces where women and girls feel supported to grow.

Thank you to I2N at The University of Newcastle and the FLIP team for creating such a thoughtful and empowering space for women in business. I’m excited for what the next few weeks will bring.
