I am back from the Fun and games in Townsville with Schoolboys Under 15 Rugby Union state titles FinnyMac

It’s been a great time away utilising all of those years of Massage and strapping on one kid after coping quite the hit during a tackle. It’s moments like this when you see the courage, humble approach and determination of someone so young that you know they’re going to be just fine with the teachings and lessons that we’ve been guiding them through.

On the flip side I got a real taste of what my system has been holding for way to many years. The revelation that holy s**t I’ve stopped moving and I actually didn’t know what to do to with myself and had guilt around stopping because I’m so used to holding so much space at home.

Sessions are still on hold for the next week and I’ll pop in a post when I’m back 💜💜💜

Yep I’m still on holidays / down time / so not ready to come back yet!!!! Whatever I’m calling it this week!!!

Our delayed winter solstice event went ahead on Saturday and it was beautiful along with the celebration of Māori New Year thanks to one of our beauties and the teachings she bought through. I always love cultures that are not mine and fascinated with the history.

At this stage I’m looking around the week of August 3rd to be returning to some sort of “work”. Session times will be posted the week before. My quad is healing beautifully and my nervous system is starting to settle which is because of all the rest and listening to what my body is calling for.

I’m still here to respond to messages but don’t abuse the process if I don’t respond it’s because I’m not available simple.

💎 It’s time for a break 💎

My body is taking a couple of weeks off!!! After a spectacular slide down the stairs yesterday my nervous system and my body did a big F**k NO it’s time to stop!!!!! So for the next few weeks my energy work and mentoring will be focused on myself.

Fingers crossed I’ll be back in action mid July or maybe not who knows but it’s time for me to listen!!!

If you have sessions booked these will be postponed until then.

Group work new dates will be sent out once I have the dates.

It’s probably a good time to say Don’t be ME hahaha the universe WILL shut you down if you choose to ignore the messages!!!!
