Congratulations to our Dalby Medical Educator, Dr Tiffany Cover.
We are incredibly proud that Tiffany has been named the 2026 ACRRM Supervisor of the Year state winner for Queensland.
Tiffany plays an important role in RuralMedEd’s LongLook program, supporting Griffith University medical students undertaking extended rural clinical training in Dalby. Through her teaching, clinical supervision and mentoring, she helps students build their skills and confidence while experiencing the breadth and rewards of rural medical practice.
LongLook relies on dedicated rural clinicians who invest their time, knowledge and experience in the next generation. Tiffany’s commitment helps create a welcoming and supportive learning environment and encourages students to consider a future in rural medicine.
As Queensland’s state winner, Tiffany is now in the running for the national Supervisor of the Year Award, which will be announced at the Rural Medicine Australia Conference in Adelaide on 23 October 2026.

Tiffany makes an important contribution to the LongLook program, supporting Griffith University medical students undertaking extended rural clinical training in Dalby. Through her teaching, supervision and mentoring, she helps students translate their academic learning into confident clinical practice while developing a deeper understanding of rural healthcare and the communities it serves.
The success of longitudinal rural training depends on clinicians who provide students with continuity, encouragement, meaningful clinical experiences and a genuine sense of belonging.
