My offerings to begin this beautiful new journey around the sun include a new yoga schedule and two special events to support you to step into this new cycle with grounded connection, grace and clarity.

Giinagay gaagal 🌊 it's been a while...

I woke up this morning and just knew today was the day to return to the beach. It's been about 20 months since my girl wasn't able to run on the sand 🐾 and I just couldn't bring myself to go without her. Today, a couple of weeks after saying our last goodbyes, it was time. Grateful to the lovely people and gorgeous four leggeds who smiled and said hi. To the big wheaten border collie who was running with his owner, thankyou for showing me that my girl is running free. It was hard and healing, there were tears, smiles and a deep knowing. The beautiful cool ocean washed over me with such grace and the goshawk and juvenile white belly were such potent messengers. Darrundang Gumbaynggiir jagun, darrundang gilagung 🙏🤍✨️
