WHY?

Because it works!

Touch is healing just as it is, but it also helps connect someone to an area of the body they might not consciously be aware of, it helps increase circulation and promote fluid movement which helps with tissue sliding - necessary for movement, it taps into nerve pathways that help distract and ease the pain sensation.

Is it the only thing we do? Definitely not! Manual therapy is one tool on our toolbox. We are also big on exercise to support the changes we make in session as well as education to help you understand what’s going on in your body and empower you to take charge of your rehab journey.

✨All the therapists on our team offer Manual Therapy, Exercise therapy and work with you to make sure you have a good understanding of what’s going on and how you can move better in your body. We are YOUR rehab team! ✨
