Angus Taylor issued a statement after the decision by the High Court to reject Giggle for Girls CEO. Sall Grover's appeal over the Full Federal Court's decision in the case of Giggle v Tickle.

The learned High Court found that Ms Tickle was directly discriminated against on two counts because of her gender identity.

They rejected the appeal, ruling that there was "no reason to doubt the Full Court's construction (of the Act)", first reported in The Australian.

The ruling said that Giggle "has insufficient prospects of success.”

Any appeal dependent on the demonstration of error in the Full Court's construction of those provisions has insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal: so they declared.

From a statement released in June while compiling the special leave to appeal, Giggle & Ms Grover said they disagree with parts of the reasoning behind the Full Federal Court's ruling.

Angus Taylor’s statement prompted the left’s strategist, Dee Madigan to post,

“Does Angus really think most
Australians care about who uses a public toilet?”

Well Dee & all your leftie mates, I would dare to suggest that the majority do care!

We are tired of this nonsense.

Where, anywhere in the quote Dee posted, does Angus Taylor make any reference to public toilets?

And is she so obsessed about them?

Most of us support biological reality.

I’m blown away that this is even a question.
