Join us for a special introductory Shemotion class at Reinvigr8 Gym, Helensvale.

Shemotion is a supportive women-only movement experience combining guided feminine movement, intuitive free movement and grounding meditation. It is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.

No dance experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome.
