The moment I saw this beautiful white horse, I instantly felt a deep connection and as we stood by the fence, I was told the horse had experienced quite a bit of trauma and doesn't usually come over to people.

As I stood quietly admiring her beauty, my hands naturally activated and I began offering energy healing from where I was.

Within moments, the horse slowly walked towards me. It came all the way to the fence, gently rested its head over, and remained there as I continued.
It was such a humbling and deeply moving moment of trust and connection.

This experience left me with such a full heart. Whether it was simply a moment of curiosity or something more, I felt incredibly honoured to share that quiet exchange. It was a beautiful reminder of the gentle, intuitive connection that can exist between all living beings.

I'm so grateful for moments like these that continue to deepen my appreciation for this beautiful practice and the connections it can inspire. ✨🐴

There is something deeply nourishing about taking time to pause, connect and share our practices in the community.

Kundalini meditations and kriyas combine breath, movement, mantra and stillness in ways that can help release tension, support the nervous system, increase vitality and bring greater clarity and awareness to ourselves. They offer simple yet powerful tools for reconnecting and creating space for healing and transformation.

One of the aspects I love the most is the voice current, or Naam. Through mantra and sound we create vibrations that can help quiet the mind, deepen meditation and amplify intention. Sharing these vibrations together creates a sense of connection and resonance that is both grounding and uplifting.

Thank you to the two beautiful women who shared their presence, voices, and hearts at Saturday's retreat. It was inspiring to witness the power of perseverance, connection and surrender in supporting healing for each of you. May the intentions planted and the insights you received continue to unfold with grace over the coming month. ✨🙏
