Bloss - Riverina Pregnancy & Baby Loss Support

Providing support to people who have experienced the loss of a baby, through pregnancy, stillbirth and neonatal loss.

Bloss-Riverina Pregnancy & Baby Loss Support (Bloss), is a Public Benevolent Institution (Registered Charity) servicing the Riverina/Murrumbidgee Region of New South Wales. We provide support to people who have experienced the loss of a baby, through pregnancy, stillbirth and neonatal loss, by providing local information, access to counselling, peer support, healing, self-care, wellbeing, awarenes

s, advocacy and events. Our supports are provided to anyone who has experienced baby loss at anytime. Established in 2018, as we shared the pain of the loss of a child either directly or through someone we know. We want people to have access to support that we did not get. We want to make a difference, to dispel the myths, educate people, advocate for bereaved parents, and support parents through their next pregnancy. We aim to make a difference and leave a legacy.

We’re counting down to one of Coolamon’s favourite family events. Join us for a fun filled morning of community, connection and country hospitality as we come together for Red Nose Day.

For more than 10 years, this much loved event has brought Riverina families together to connect, play and learn, while raising awareness and support for families impacted by pregnancy and baby loss.

Shop local with Riverina makers and businesses including Disciple of the Hand, Sewing by Daphne, Collell Tales, Sarah Jane's Creations and Homeopathy Hub. Or wander through Coolamon's beautiful main street and discover its boutique shops and local businesses.

You don’t have to do this by yourself. Our monthly catch-ups are a quiet space for bereaved parents to connect, but we know that first step can be daunting.

If you’d feel more comfortable bringing a support person, whether that’s a partner, parent, a relative or a close friend, they are more than welcome to join you. Plus, the coffee is on us!

You’ll find us in our reserved area at the back of the cafe, every second Saturday of the month.
