So, there I was… sitting in a car wash between appointments, watching the world disappear under a mountain of bubbles. 🛻🫧

What do you think of when you're just sitting there?

Started the day at the osteopath, then decided to have a bit of a wander around the shops, grabbed some very yummy vegan Zambrero, moseyed along to another appointment and finally headed home.

Nearly made it too… Then it hit me.

“Oh s…..t. NO ICE CREAM.” 🍦😅

So, turn that car around.

Car clean. Appointments done. Belly fed. Ice cream secured.
Just another Monday in my world.

Today, I decided to take a little time out… for me. 💚

Even though I’m a Healing Touch Practitioner, I realised it’s just as important for me to receive as it is to give. So today, I reached out and had a Healing Touch session myself.

It reminded me that we can become so busy looking after everyone else - our clients, our families, our work - we sometimes forget to nurture ourselves.

Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s an investment in our own wellbeing.

Whatever your healing journey looks like, I hope you remember to take a moment to come back to yourself. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is simply permission to pause, receive, and restore.

Today, I did exactly that… and I’m so glad I did. 💚
