Recently I was invited into a family home to share Sound Healing with the space and the family as they prepare to say goodbye to a home filled with many years of memories.

This can be a very delicate and personal time for a family and I am so grateful for the privilege of being invited to share this experience with them.

A new sound is finding its way into my practice. 🪈

I have started learning the Native American Style Flute (my neighbours have probably been hearing me practise 🤭).

Its sound has always drawn me in.
I love what it stirs in me and where it takes me.

My beautiful flute will be weaving into my 1:1 Sound Healing sessions and other offerings.

I’m excited for you to hear it.

For now, I’m simply connecting with it and practising.

Another sound.
Another way of feeling.

Yesterday’s Sound Bath offered a beautiful space to exhale and set aside the week that had been, held by layers of sound, vibration and the space in between.

It was lovely to welcome new faces alongside those who return each month.🫶

For some, it was their first experience of Sound Healing, sharing afterwards:

“I feel so much lighter.”
“I feel so calm.”
“I’m so relaxed I don’t want to leave this space.”

Others shared how much they value these monthly Sound Baths and how each one feels different from the last.

Thank you to everyone who shared yesterday’s journey and arrived with such openness.

A little reminder that in September we will be taking our Journey in Sound to Sidemen, Bali, we will gather again in Bondi on Sunday 25 October.

I have so many beautiful instruments and I love what each one can bring to a session.

Singing bowls and tuning forks are two instruments that I love weaving together when I work with Sound.

The singing bowls create vibrations that can still be felt even after the sound has faded, layered with the pure frequencies of the tuning forks and their intervals.

Together, they bring such depth.

Two of my favourites… although I have many 🤭🤍

I just love this park, it holds so many memories for me, from childhood, sliding down the hill on a piece of cardboard to watching my sons play school rugby and cricket.

Do you ever go to a place that just transports you? This is that place for me.
