🚣‍♀️🍝 Big week for the Shenton College rowers.

The athletes enjoyed a pre-regatta pasta night before the first All Schools Regatta of the season, putting into practice many of the nutrition strategies recently shared by Star Physio Sports Dietitian Donna Kimpton at the UWA and Shenton Rowing Development Dinner.

Great performances are built on training, recovery and good nutrition.

What an incredible weekend! 🚴‍♀️

Our team members Amy Ross, Julie Pham, Damian Oldmeadow and Julie Scudds took on the SEVEN Gravel Cycling Race in Nannup this weekend. Despite the chilly morning start, they pushed through what turned out to be a challenging but rewarding day.

We know how tough endurance events can be. That's why we're so proud of their determination and effort. It was wonderful to see so many Star Physio friends and clients at the start line too.

Special congratulations to everyone who qualified for the World Gravel Bike Championships in October!

🏐 Parents of WA Youth Volleyball Athletes

Small injuries and niggles can quickly become bigger problems during busy training and competition periods.

Aaron Tay from Star Physio WA will be available during the WA Youth State Team trials at Perth Modern School to provide free injury advice and review for players.

Aaron is Head Physiotherapist for the WA State Volleyball Team and has also worked with the Australian National Volleyball Team.
