We would like to take a moment to thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this period of uncertainty. We know how important the medical practice is to our community, and we deeply appreciate the encouragement and kindness many of you have shared with us.

At this time, the doctor is still in discussions with the landlord, and we are hopeful that we will have confirmation soon regarding the reopening of the practice. We understand that waiting is never easy, and we are grateful for the trust you have placed in us as these details are being worked out.

Please know that we will share any updates with you as soon as they become available. In the meantime, your support means more than we can say, and we are optimistic about the path forward.

Unfortunately, we are now facing a serious challenge. The recent temporary closure of the local medical practice will have an immediate and significant impact on our ability to continue operating sustainably.

We are reaching out to ask for your help. If we are to survive this difficult transition, we need your continued support more than ever. Filling your prescriptions with us, purchasing over-the-counter items, and encouraging others to do the same will make a real difference. Every prescription filled locally is a step toward keeping your neighborhood pharmacy open.

We know how important it is to have a trusted, independent pharmacy close to home—where you are treated with personal attention and care, not just as a number. That’s what we’ve always strived to provide, and with your help, we can continue doing so.

Dear community,

Today marks Dr. Disna’s final day with the Willowbank Medical practice. We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for her years of dedicated service and compassionate care. She has been an important part of our community and will be greatly missed.

At this time, we are in the process of possibly welcoming a new doctor to the practice. While nothing is confirmed yet, we will be sure to update you as soon as we have more information.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of transition.

Tropical Cyclone Alfred is forecast to cross the south-east Queensland coast overnight on Thursday and into Friday morning, bringing destructive winds and the risk of life-threatening flooding.

Please be aware we will be taking adequate measures on behalf of the clinic staff and our patients as this event unfolds.
We will evaluate on a daily basis and when necessary contact individual patients in regards to their bookings.
