Here is my latest creation, a birthday cake for my beautiful 3yo. Cake, fondant, icing… all made in the Thermomix. And this is a perfect picture for this post, which is my last post - for a while anyway.
I’ve decided to step away from being a Thermomix Consultant.
This journey has been such a special one. I’ve loved the connections, the friendships, my incredible team, the fun incentives, and watching my confidence grow. Both in the kitchen and professionally! But right now, my heart is telling me to slow down. To have more time, to be present, to soak up these little years and watch my “babies” grow.
It’s not a goodbye forever, just a not-for-now. I may well be back down the track, you just never know!
To all my beautiful customers: thank you. Thank you for your support, your orders, your messages, your trust and your encouragement. You’ve truly made this journey so rewarding.
For now, I’ll be in my kitchen, still cooking, still baking, just not posting about it. 🤍

With my little one starting school this year, I’ve entered my lunchbox era.

And yes, my Thermomix will help me massively!
Tomorrow, him and I will have an egg salad sandwich. I boiled the eggs + made the filling in my TM7 - it makes for a no hassle yet nutritious meal!

That’s a new one in my books, and it was lovely! I made it earlier this week and forgot to post it. The kids really liked them and it was a fun, messy dinner.
I kept it very simple, but it’s the perfect recipe to adapt depending on your taste - mild or spicy, more or less veggies, soft or hard tacos, sour cream or plain yoghurt, guacamole or not… so many ways!

I’m back! I’ve been busy with life - Christmas and NY, but also a move into our first home. And today, I baked with my TM7 for the first time in our new house! 🤩

I chose the Easy Banana Muffins, and it was perfect with my currently limited pantry :) 📦

Sometimes, I find it easier to serve a healthy platter to the kids and treat myself to something else, and eat it on my own. Rather than hearing “I don’t like iiiiiit”.

Tonight is one of those night. And oh boy, I have zero regrets.

This Sweet Potato Quiche with Prosciutto is so delicious!

Another recipe I highly recommend. Give it a try!

Need to try something new? Give the Prawn and Chorizo Paella a go. It was fresh, delicious, quick and super easy. AND it gave me 20min hands free to do other things. My type weeknight meal!
