Waves of Wellness

I'm a part of a meditation group located at Ocean Beach Surf Club it is an amazing colaboration of like minded people who appreciate meditation, that feel they need to be present somewhere in nature, on the beach, rain, hail or shine. For what ever your searching for here is a beautiful community that accepts you for being just you, without any pressure.

Saturdays
Ocean Beach, near the sands stone wall at 6.15am we begin on the beach at 6.30am.
Bring weather appropriate clothing, a towel, chair, blanket, or just sit comfortably on the sand. Some enjoy a swim afterwards or a catch up enjoying a tea or coffee at Margarita Daze.
