*** Next Saturday 8/8 at 8:30am we will use the powerful energy for our TEAL YOGA 🧘‍♀️ for our beloved Kashley Ryan *** Kashley is one of our group, is a mother, is a Veteran, and is currently still fighting cancer. It will be our regular yoga at the lake practice but will be dedicated to Kashley and her daughter. All gifts and donations for class will go to her that day. Please spread the word, show up, bring friends, bring extra cash for Kash, wear the color teal, children and dogs are welcome,, please come and support our yogi daughter/sister/friend 💖 🧘‍♀️🕉🧘‍♂️ ☀️ Namaste' 🙏 ❤😇 Here is the current update from her daughter:

We will have our usual but very special practice this Saturday, 7/4 at 8:30am at Saint Cloud lakefront...we will meet at our alternative spot at the Marina Basin at the front left of Crabby Bill's and let's wear our Red, White and Blue with pride because, baby, you're a firework 🎆

Please join us tomorrow, Friday, 6/19 at 7pm on the beach at Saint Cloud lakefront (Michigan Avenue end) to celebrate the forthcoming longest day of the year with some Summer Solstice sun salutations. This will be approximately 75 minutes long, ending at sunset, and is a love donation class. Park at the parking lot at the end of Michigan Avenue, bring your yoga mat and/or beach blanket/towel, water bottle, and an open heart 🧘‍♀️ ☀️ 🌻 🧘‍♂️
