My first Mother’s Day..

This year feels extra special celebrating Mother’s Day with my sweet baby boy, Zayn. Becoming a mother for the first time has been the most beautiful, emotional, humbling, and rewarding journey all at once.

There have been moments of joy, moments of exhaustion, moments of questioning myself, and moments where my heart has never felt so full.

Navigating motherhood while balancing work, patients, business, travel, and everyday life has truly given me a whole new level of respect for every mother out there. It really does take a village, and I’m so incredibly grateful for the love, support, guidance, and patience from those around me during this new chapter.

Today I’m simply grateful. Grateful for my family, for my journey, and for the little boy who made me a mama.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers, grandmothers, mothers to be, and mother figures everywhere.
