Without physical assessment Physiotherapy cannot be applied properly. A laboratory test is not sufficient for physical therapy. For physiotherapy muscular skeletal and neurological assessment must be done before Physiotherapy management preparation.

ফিজিওথেরাপি চিকিৎসা নেওয়ার জন্য কিছু সাধারণ সমস্যা হলো:

1. ব্যথা এবং অস্বস্তি: পিঠের ব্যথা, ঘাড়ের ব্যথা, কোমরের ব্যথা, হাঁটুর ব্যথা ইত্যাদি।
2. আঘাত এবং অপারেশন পরবর্তী পুনর্বাসন: খেলার আঘাত, অপারেশন পরবর্তী পুনর্বাসন, দুর্ঘটনার আঘাত ইত্যাদি।
3. স্নায়বিক ব্যাধি: স্ট্রোক, প্যারকিনসন্স, মাল্টিপল স্ক্লেরোসিস ইত্যাদি।
4. শ্বাসকষ্টজনিত রোগ: অ্যাস্থমা, COPD, ব্রঙ্কাইটিস ইত্যাদি।
5. শিশুদের বিকাশজনিত সমস্যা: সেরিব্রাল প্যালসি, ডাউন সিনড্রোম, অটিজম ইত্যাদি।
6. গর্ভাবস্থা এবং প্রসব পরবর্তী সমস্যা: গর্ভাবস্থার ব্যথা, প্রসব পরবর্তী ব্যথা, ইউরিনারি ইনকন্টিনেন্স ইত্যাদি।
7. বয়সজনিত সমস্যা: অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিস, অস্টিওপোরোসিস, ব্যালেন্স সমস্যা ইত্যাদি।
8. স্পোর্টস ইনজুরি: হাঁটুর আঘাত, কাঁধের আঘাত ইত্যাদি।
