আইঞ্চিগুলা / মগগুলা
এটি মূলত দক্ষিণ-পূর্ব এশিয়ার একটি জনপ্রিয় বীজ জাতীয় ফল যা মিয়ানমার থেকে আমাদের কক্সবাজার ও টেকনাফ অঞ্চলের পাহাড়ি এলাকায় প্রচলিত হয়েছে। এর তীব্র ঝাঁঝালো গন্ধ থাকে। এটি সেদ্ধ করে বা পুড়িয়ে শুঁটকি ও তেলের সাথে খাওয়া হয়। এটি পেট পরিষ্কার রাখতে বা হজমের সমস্যায় ব্যবহার করা হয়।
