Alhamdulillah,

Today On 23rd August 2026, the Forcibly Displaced Myanmar National Blood Donor Society (FDMN-BDS) commenced the First Dose of Hepatitis B Vaccination for the Second Batch of our General Blood Donors at MSF-OCB, Hakim Para.

This marks the beginning of the second-batch vaccination program at MSF-OCB. Previously, the first batch of our General Donors received their vaccination through MSF-OCA, Kutupalong.

The second-batch vaccination program will continue over the coming days, allowing more eligible General Donors to receive their first dose as part of this important health and safety initiative.

FDMN-BDS extends its sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to Médecins Sans Frontières / MSF for their valuable support, cooperation, and commitment to the health and well-being of our blood donors. We highly appreciate MSF's continued collaboration in supporting this important initiative.

This is another meaningful step toward building a safer, healthier, and more responsible blood donation community.
