Removal of necrotic bone followed by fixation with Titanium coated Reconstruction plate.

Squamous Cell Carcinoma (Oral Cancer) on left side of gingivobuccal sulcus of mandible with retromolar area involvement

🩺 Treatment:
Wide excision of the cancerous lesion with

✔️ Neck Dissection
✔️ Primary Closure
