Wall Posture exercise

Back extensor (erector spinae, multifidus ইত্যাদি) শক্তিশালী করার মাধ্যমে:

Kyphotic posture কমাতে সাহায্য করে।
বুক সোজা ও খোলা রাখতে সাহায্য করে।
দাঁড়ানো ও হাঁটার সময় শরীরের alignment উন্নত করে।
Trunk stability বৃদ্ধি করে।
Balance ও gait performance উন্নত হতে পারে।
দীর্ঘক্ষণ বসা বা দাঁড়ানোর সহনশীলতা বাড়ে।
Stroke রোগীর postural control উন্নত হয়।
