People kept telling me I didn't need to annotate FA properly 🙄 — "just read UWorld, you'll remember it."

I listened. Big mistake ❌. By the time I hit my second pass, I was completely lost 😵‍💫 — flipping back and forth, re-reading the same explanations, wasting hours trying to relocate things I'd already learned once. That's when I realized: annotation isn't optional, it's what makes your second pass actually fast ⚡.
Here's everything I wish someone had told me instead 👇:

📝Annotate from day one — don't wait, don't listen to anyone who says you can skip it
🗂️Stay organized early, or you'll pay for it in your second pass
📝Color-code by priority — [e.g-yellow for high yield, pink for must-know]
👉 Keep notes short — keywords only, a glance should trigger recall
🔗 Cross-link related topics — connect FA pages that show up together in UWorld
📅 Review weekly, not just once — small passes beat one big cram
⚠️ Flag your weak areas as you go, so you know what needs extra attention
😔 Do it right the first time, and your second pass becomes a quick scan, not a struggle

't make the mistake I made 🙏. Annotate properly from the start.
a 🙋 if bad advice cost you time too!!!
