Sometimes fractures are so complex, sometimes we can’t do surgery at suitable time after injury.
This was a case of proximal humerus fracture due to motor bike accident.

We operated after 2 weeks of injury.
Fracture was fixed by PHILOS system.
Patient is a secondary school teacher.
This is follow-up x-ray and functional outcome after three & a half months of surgery.
Patient is confident & happy.
