Today’s case: 21 days pelvis injury.
Position:Supine
Posterior ring- Fixed by transiliac screw.
Anterior ring- 6.5 mm cancellous screw.

Today’s case: 34 days old acetabulum & GT fracture.

First in Lateral position:
KL approach.
GT is fixed by 6.5mm cancellous screws
Fixed with 2 reconstruction plate.

2nd in supine position:
Modified Stoppa approach.
Fixed with quadrilateral plate & screws.

This is a case of posterior wall of acetabulum fracture.
KL approach.
Intra-articular fragment reduced first.
Then posterior wall is reduced & fixed with 2 spring & reconstruction plate.

This is a case of femoral head fracture (Pipkin type-4). Gibson approach. Flip osteotomy of GT. Femoral head is fixed by Herbert screw. Posterior wall of acetabulum is fixed by spring & reconstruction plate.

Follow-up after 2 months of acetabulum surgery.
