Love is not the ordinary thing that you can understand by it.
It is not just a biological attraction between man and a women. It is that too, but that is only the beaning, just the first step. Even there if you look deep down, it is not really an attraction between man and women, it is it is attraction between masculine energy and feminine energy. It is not an attraction between A & B. Far deeper mysteries are involved even in ordinary love affairs.

Hence nobody can define love. Thousands of decimation have been tried, all have failed.

মানুষ সারাজীবন পৃথিবীকে বুঝতে চেয়েছে—
কিন্তু নিজেকে বোঝার সময় ক’জন পেয়েছে?

আমরা চোখ বন্ধ করি।
চুপ করে বসি।
শ্বাসের দিকে মন দিই....
এটাই কি ধ্যান?

নাকি ধ্যান এমন এক দরজা—
যার ওপারে অপেক্ষা করছে এমন এক ‘আমি’,
যাকে আজও পুরোপুরি চিনি না?

ধ্যান কি শুধু মন শান্ত করার কৌশল?
নাকি নিজের ভেতরের অজানা জগতে প্রবেশের এক প্রাচীন পথ?

ধ্যানের ভেতরে আসলে কী ঘটে?
কেন হাজার বছর ধরে মানুষ নীরব হয়ে নিজের ভেতরে তাকিয়েছে?
আর আধুনিক বিজ্ঞানই বা ধ্যান সম্পর্কে কী বলছে?

এমন বহুপ্রশ্নের উত্তর খোঁজার চেষ্টা।

The Madari Sufi Order frequently recite the following Mantram, “Dam Madar Bedar Paar,” which means that the Breath of the Master will take you to the other side [lower-self to Higher-Self]. This Mantram is significant because it reveals a very important secret, that is that God is Breath, i.e. the Divine Spirit, and that the breath is a direct link to the Master, The Spirit of Guidance. With each inhale the 1st 1/2 of the Divine Name is recited, Yah. And with the exhale the 2nd 1/2 of the Divine Name is recited, Houah. In Arabic this is pronounced as, “ee-ya-hū-wa,” which literally means “O, He (She or It, i.e. God). In Hebrew it is YHW[H] and can be intoned as, “ee-aa-oo-aa,” both of which is meant to represent the sound of the breathing, i.e. Being and existence. The Madari Sufis are known across India and Bengal as heterodox Muslims and universalist sufis. They regard all as brothers and sisters in God and hold that awareness of the breath and cultivation of love in the heart as paramount for the wayfarer.
