Obturation technique with Bioceramic sealer.
Fiber post build up in Distal and composite restoration.
Isthmus connection in between ML & MB.

Non Surgical Re Treatment of Upper Premolar.
GP removed by and files(Only 10/05,15/06 and Smorf is enough to remove GP)
Chemo Mechanical preparation by
Irrigation technique by Alfredo Iandolo and Dina Abdel Latif combination with Ultrasonic activation.
Apical Gauging by Files
Obturation technique with Bioceramic sealer
Left some space for Fiber post build up in the palatal.
Patient sent back to her regular dentist for build up and crown.
