A tough case handled with excellence

A 45 year old female patient complains of pain at tooth no 46 due to faulty endodontic treatment. But the circumstances make it difficult to manage.Bcoz there is no radiolucent canal space under gutta percha and previously formed ledge make it more difficult .But by the grace of Allah, the case was managed nicely.
