More complicated operations was done. Alhamdulillah patient was safely Discharge after operation.
Large retroperitoneal tumour causing Rt hydronephrosis with rudimentary Lt kidney that leads to AKI.Before DJ stenting S.creatinine was 6mg/dl after DJ stenting and F/U within 1 months S.creatinine reached 1.7mg;dl at nadir creatinine.After that patient was developed the sign symptoms of intestinal obstruction.

Patient was referred to higher center but not agreed to referred.
Operation was done exploratory laparotomy.On exploration, we found abdomen as like as a cocoon due to tumour dessiminated to mesentary, multiple band and adhesion. we gentle clear mesentaric macroscopic deposit and only small gut portion was released after adhesiolysis. Palliative end ileuostomy was done. Pt was advised to consult with an oncologist. Alhamdulillah for everything.
