Hepatic Calcified Granuloma. In the right lobe there is a solitary, well-defined, strongly hyperechoic focus measuring approximately [0.45X0.47] cm which casts a posterior acoustic shadow. No other focal space-occupying lesions (SOL) are seen. The portal vein is normal in caliber and flow.
