Held among the forests of Sreemangal, this one-day, one-night retreat weaves together contemplative practice, Nada Yoga-inspired exploration, breath, movement, silence, and time in nature. Rather than seeking answers, it offers space to pause, listen deeply, and return to the simple experience of being.
No previous experience is necessary—only a willingness to listen.
